Laser
dynamic 3D large volume measurement, that is, using laser 3D measurement
module, dynamic line sweeping large volume contour, quickly and accurately
measuring the external cubic volume of large goods (some large goods have
irregular shapes, can be measured to the smallest packageable External cube
size). With the rapid development of e-commerce and smart factories, the
measurement speed requirements for all aspects of logistics are getting higher
and higher. Especially for the large volume, irregular outer contour of the
cargo, height, accurate measurement has always been an industry problem,
through this program can solve these problems and improve the accuracy of
logistics measurement.

connection topology
The connection topology of the 3D large
volume measurement scheme is as shown in the figure. The power supply mainly
supplies power to the control terminal and the 3D camera. The parcel computing
platform performs data calibration on the 3D camera. After the calibration, the
3D camera outputs the original image of the package under the motion of the
motor guide rail. For the computing platform, the parcel volume is measured by
a 3D dynamic volume algorithm. The motion control box controls the motion of
the motor guide rail, causes the 3D camera to output the package contour image
at a verified motion speed, and outputs the 3D camera motion speed to the
package volume calculation platform to calculate the length of the package.
The
control terminal platform provides Windows platform control software, which
needs customization function, can provide SDK development package interface and
development instructions, and can also be customized function development
according to requirements.
