Program
overview
The
five-sided DWS integrated system (dimensioning - weighing - scanning) can
obtain the appearance size and weight data of the object through one-stop
automatic detection, and can obtain the one-dimensional code and
two-dimensional code information of the package surface. In order to improve
the package weight, volume, and bar code information, the bar code on the parcel
sheet is read by an automatic code reading camera with five sides (top side +
four sides). The operator does not need to find out which side of the package
is on the surface (cannot be pressed on the bottom surface, avoiding the
single-number barcode can not be scanned and read), which can greatly improve
the sorting efficiency of the package and reduce the labor cost and management
cost.

The DW-DWS3500 solution consists of an
automatic reading camera (smart camera and industrial camera), a 3D volume
measuring camera, a dynamic scale, and photoelectric switch. The accumulation
section and the complement section are customized according to customer
requirements. (Note: Whether the accumulation section and the complement
section are included, depending on the specific project)
The automatic reading device is placed on
the top by the top-scanning smart camera (industrial camera), which tells the
accurate information about the package bar code. The dynamic weighing and
